Hard Rock International, which operates The Mirage, announced the casino-resort will close effective July 17 so renovations can begin for a full rebranding.

A WARN Act notice filed with Nevada DETR says the closure will affect 3,350 employees.

In a statement released Monday, Nevada DETR said the state’s rapid response program will be sharing services and resources with those workers. “Our goal is to make sure The Mirage staff feel supported during this time,” DETR Director Christopher Sewell said in a statement.
